Israel attacks Iran. Crude screamed but already all macros are tempering overnight moves. Ags higher but off overnight highs other than corn which was slightly lower somehow.
US ag overnights end higher. Oddly spring wheat led. US weekly ag export sales report were OK for corn and wheat and shoddy again for soybeans. USDX on contract lows.
A technically meaningless overnight bounce in US ags other than CZ now testing its 20 day ma line and CN getting close. US/China supposedly making nice. US CPI came in slightly below guesses.
US winter wheats dip through lowest MA line overnight but recover. Matif wheat holding above contract lows. Corn dips then recovers to unch also.
Lower overnight in US ags except beans unch. US/China trade talks today in London.
Row crops slightly lower on good US weather forecasts, US wheats stay unch on potential Black Sea supply threats off Russias response to Ukraines attacks last night
A quietish US ag futures overnight session. Weather forecasts are great for US row crops, probably too much rain for US winter wheat, and deuling models for US N plains and Canadian prairies crops
US ag futures higher overnight. CN double bottomed yesterday, concerns over US too wet in winter wheat/corn/beans but too dry in N plains, concerns re Chinese wheat yields.
CN makes new 2025 lows and bounces, wheats all over the place as winters correct vs spring, raining in many US ag areas other than N plains starting the big rain event that lasts a week in S Plains and ECB.
