US ags finish higher in row crops but slightly lower in wheats. US/Russian meetings regarding Ukraine progressing, USD slightly higher.
US ag futures higher. Corn at resistance, KWH above last 200 day ma line. USD lower, Ruble and CAD higher. Major world economic/political events changing markets fast.
Conab ADDS to Brazilian corn production but marginally lowers bean production. US weekly ag export sales was excellent for US wheat and corn but terribly small for US beans.
early overnight session strength in US ag futures turns to lower overnight finishes. US CPI out this AM had a larger monthly gain than expected.
A quiet ag night session as we await todays US crop reports. S American weather forecasts continue to trend better for Brazil bean harvest/safrinha planting and Arg corn/soybean yield potential.
US ags rebound for no apparent reason to about unch in the AM overnight session despite fears of Chinese tariffs on ags in retaliation to US tariffs on foreign steel and aluminum. US crop report tomorrow.
Softer overnight ags again. It remains to be seen if the day session turns to fund shortcovering in wheat and more new buying in row crops again or not.
